1. Product Usage & Safety

  • Active Formulations: MOLT products contain high-potency bio-active enzymes, botanical extracts, and physical resurfacing agents (including sponge spicules, volcanic pumice, and essential oils).

  • Patch Test Requirement: A patch test on a small area of skin is strongly recommended prior to full application of any product.

  • Sun Sensitivity: Exfoliating products, including enzyme powders, clay scrubs, and spicule peels, expose fresh skin layers and may increase sensitivity to sunlight. Daily broad-spectrum SPF application is advised following use.

  • Avoid Eye Contact: All topical formulations are for external use only. Avoid direct contact with eyes, mucous membranes, and open wounds. Discontinue use if severe irritation occurs.

2. Storage & Shelf Life

  • Waterless / Anhydrous Care: Powder formulations, clays, and dry mixtures must be kept completely dry and tightly closed until the point of application. Introducing water directly into product vessels will trigger premature enzyme activation and compromise product shelf life.

  • Temperature Control: Butter, balm, and lipid-based products contain raw, unrefined botanical fats. Store at room temperature (below 75°F / 24°C) away from direct sunlight to prevent texture separation or liquefaction.

3. Ingestibles & Wellness Products

  • Dietary Disclaimer: Instructions and recipes for ingestible products (such as the Internal Shed Daily Shed Juice) are provided for educational and wellness purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a healthcare provider before making significant dietary changes.

4. Orders & Shipping

  • Handcrafted Quality: Products are manufactured in small, controlled batches to maintain peak enzyme activity and fresh lipid stability. Small variations in color, texture, or scent between batches are natural characteristics of unrefined botanical ingredients.

  • Damaged Goods: If a product arrives damaged or leaking, contact support within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Brand Rights: All trademarks, product names, formulation designs, graphics, and instructional materials belong exclusively to MOLT. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial distribution is prohibited.

  • Seed & Fruit Extracts: Products contain active fruit extracts, seeds, and oils, such as Pomegranate Seed Oil, Pumpkin Seed Oil, Jojoba Seed Exfoliant, Pineapple Fruit Extract, Bromelain (Pineapple Enzyme), and Papain (Papaya Enzyme).

2. Bee-Derived Ingredients

  • Honey & Wax Matrices: Select products utilize pure, unrefined Yellow Beeswax Pastilles and Raw Manuka Honey. Individuals with severe sensitivities to bee venom, propolis, or honey-related allergens should exercise caution.

3. Concentrated Essential Oils & Aromatic Compounds

  • Active Botanical Oils: MOLT utilizes 100% pure essential oils for both active skin benefits and natural fragrance profiles. Essential oil ingredients include:

    • Eucalyptus Globulus & Peppermint: Used for cooling, opening, and clarifying benefits.

    • Rosemary, Clary Sage, & Niaouli: Incorporated for hair follicle, scalp, and airborne purifying properties.

    • Frankincense, Myrrh, Vetiver, & Black Pepper: Used in high-potency fragrance and lipid bases.

5. Patch Test Protocol & User Responsibility

  • Mandatory Patch Test: Due to the unrefined and bio-active nature of these ingredients, always conduct a patch test prior to full usage. Apply a small amount of product to the inner forearm or behind the ear and wait 24–48 hours to monitor for redness, swelling, or irritation.

  • Customer Responsibility: Users are strictly responsible for reviewing the full list of ingredients on product packaging or digital product pages before application. MOLT accepts no liability for adverse reactions resulting from known or unknown individual sensitivities.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Products are manufactured and compounded in small batches to guarantee fresh active enzymes and lipid stability. Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days.

Domestic Rates & Delivery: Standard shipping (3–5 business days) and expedited options are calculated at checkout. Free standard domestic shipping applies to orders over $75.

Heat-Sensitive Shipping: Lipid-rich products (including body butters, massage candles, and solid colognes) contain raw botanical fats that are sensitive to extreme heat. During summer months or in warm climates, orders containing heat-sensitive items are shipped with protective insulation and ice packs where necessary to prevent liquefaction.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent automatically.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Hygiene & Safety Exclusions: Due to the personal care and high-potency nature of MOLT skincare, body, and oral formulations, opened or used products cannot be accepted for return or refund.

Unopened Returns: Unopened, sealed products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or refund (minus original shipping fees). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items: If an item arrives broken, leaking, or damaged during transit, contact support within 7 days of delivery with photos of the vessel and outer box for a prompt replacement or refund.

Subtle Batch Variations: Because MOLT uses unrefined botanical clays, raw waxes, and wildcrafted plant extracts, natural variations in color, texture, or natural scent may occur between batches and are not considered defects.

User-Generated Content & Reviews Agreement

Submission License: By submitting reviews, photos, video testimonials, or tagging MOLT on social media channels, you grant MOLT a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and feature your content across marketing materials, digital storefronts, and social media platforms.

Review Integrity: Reviews must reflect genuine personal experiences. MOLT reserves the right to remove submissions containing spam, abusive language, or unsubstantiated medical claims.
